These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Digitalforge. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Specific service scope, deliverables and channels are agreed in a separate proposal or contract before work begins. Descriptions on this website are general and do not constitute a binding service agreement on their own.
3. Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, engagements are billed 50% upfront, with the remaining balance due according to the agreed project or payment schedule.
4. No guaranteed results
Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our direct control, including market conditions, product-market fit and platform policy changes. We do not guarantee specific revenue, ROAS or profitability outcomes.
5. Intellectual property
Creative assets, campaigns and strategy materials produced for a client become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.
